A Custom Build for the Books

The Exterior

When we unexpectedly sold our home, we had to fast track this build! The brick is Cherokee Old Orleans with Ivory Mortar and a grapevine mortar joint. The white hardie brings a traditional feel.

The Interior

Walking into the foyer, the home has a traditional charm with a classic layout.

The dining room is just off of the foyer. A wall mural we can't wait to share more about is coming soon!

Off of the foyer is the butlers pantry.

The Delft tile is so fun!

Through the swinging doors is the pantry.

This is where the snacks and extra fridge are!

The kitchen connects through both the butlers pantry and pantry. The warm polished nickel fixtures are throughout the home.

This marble is a classic look!

The hardwood floors are white oak with Provincial stain, another classic!

The fireplace has a marble surround and built in bookshelves.

The primary bedroom is on the front of the home, so it gets beautiful morning sun!

The primary bathroom is bright and fresh!

The shower has classic subway tile walls.

The cast iron tub is a favorite!

The primary closet connects to the laundry room. This is a must have! The laundry has desk space and a large antique table goes under the lantern (which was immediately covered in laundry).

Two of the three guest bedrooms share this "kids" bath.

We did a tiny toilet! No more dealing with the potty seat for toddlers!

The play room is full of windows looking out to the back yard!

Upstairs is a bonus room, tons of storage, and space for the future!

This special home has so many more special features, but we were on such a tight timeline! The cobblers children have no shoes, right?
