We are more than just builders; we live and work in the same neighborhoods where we build, which gives us a unique perspective and a deep connection to the community. Our team brings an extensive knowledge base and experience to every project we undertake.

Brent Rushing

Co-Owner

After Apollo High School and the University of Kentucky, Brent found himself in the world of residential construction. With a background in plumbing and electrical sales, and brick manufacturing and sales, he is our "numbers guy".

Therese Rushing

Co-Owner

Therese graduated from Franklin Simpson High School and the University of Kentucky. She proudly knows more about construction than the boys do!

Eric Phillips

Construction Manager / Warranty

A proud Franklin Simpson High School and Western Kentucky University Alum, Eric has worked in construction since he was a teenager. He can build just about anything!

Meghann Lillard

Office Manager

Franklin Simpson High School and Western Kentucky University led Meghann to working in the office for city and county government. She keeps a mean spreadsheet!

Madi Phillips

Selections and Marketing Manager

Madi attended Franklin Simpson High School and the University of Kentucky. After teaching Kindergarten she is now a stay at home mom. AKA works a full time job designing all of our homes, keeping up our website, and socials.

Before the Footer

At Rushing Builders, we want to make sure everything is organized and in place before we start building your dream home. That's why, once the permit is pulled, we get right to work lining up subcontractors and making selections. We will also set everything up in our online system, Builder Trend, to ensure a seamless building process from start to finish.

During the Build

Our home building process is designed with you in mind. Once we begin building, we communicate with you regularly to keep you informed of progress, so you always know what's going on. We also communicate with our trusted subcontractors to ensure that everything runs as smoothly as possible. Our attention to detail is unmatched, and we take pride in every home we build.
