The Exterior
How pretty is this exterior! The white siding is fresh and bright.
The panel garage door is in the color Sandstone and it adds to the clay accent details of the home. The farmhouse light fixture and black house numbers add a layer of contrast.
The white windows have an additional clay trim around them for added detail. This house has a great covered front porch!
The back of this home has a large concrete patio, great for entertaining and enjoying the sunshine.
The Interior
This home has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a two car garage. There is a hall closet and the primary bedroom has two closets.
Entering the front door, this house greets you with a cozy hug! The warm colors of this home make it feel like "home"!
The living room is defined by a tray ceiling and has a ceiling fan.
This floor plan has one true entry way. The front door and garage entry are next to each other. This would be the perfect spot to put a bench and a coat rack.
The laundry room doubles as a mud room with the garage door.
This garage comfortably fits two full size vehicles.
On the opposite side of the living room is the kitchen and dining room.
This kitchen has Steel Gray cabinets and white granite countertops. It also has all of the stainless steel appliances included.

The dining room is off of the kitchen. In this home, we used a modern style light fixture. The back door is conveniently located off of the dining room and kitchen.
