A Semi Custom Home From the Ground Up

The Exterior

This home has a full brick exterior. The brick is Cherokee Ansley Park, which is a beautiful warm, light mix of reds and browns. This ties in perfectly with the Weathered Wood roof and red accents.

The garage door is carriage style with black hardware in the color brown. This garage door is insulated, so it will help keep the garage a comfortable temperature! On either side of the garage door are two modern lantern fixtures. This homeowner also selected keystones for an added detail to the front of her home. Above the garage is an accent gable. The gable has Rustic Brown shakes.

The covered front porch provides shade for the front door! The front door is painted to match the burgundy shutters.

This home has a covered back patio. The homeowner selected their own lot. It has great privacy!

The patio also has an uncovered area. You can pick sun or shade!

The Interior

This home has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a two car garage. The laundry room has additional storage!

The front door has a small, defined foyer space.

The living room is spacious! There are numerous ways that you could layout your furniture. The light colored flooring is continued throughout the entire home.

The living room, dining room, and kitchen are an open concept space.

The dining room has a lantern style chandelier over where the table will go.

Next up is the kitchen! This homeowner selected white cabinetry with an accent dark wood island.

The spacious kitchen island shows off the white granite countertops!

The island has additional outlets in the sides. The homeowner opted to have a range hood instead of the microwave above her stove.

The microwave is tucked into the island!

The backsplash is a gray subway tile. The cabinet pulls throughout the home are gold bar pulls.

The L shaped kitchen has great workable spaces! We love kitchen sink windows. The back door is off of the kitchen. In this location, the back door is conveniently located while staying out of the way!

The bedrooms, bathroom, and laundry room are located down the hallway. The laundry room has a sliding barn door.

In this floor plan the laundry room has extra space for a desk, coat bench, storage, or whatever you can think of! You can also see how this home has upgraded door pulls instead of knobs.

The guest bathroom has similar finishes as the rest of the house.

The guest bedrooms both have ceiling fans and plank flooring.

The primary bedroom is painted Sherwin Williams Sea Salt. There is a tray ceiling and ceiling fan.

The primary walk in closet was designed to the homeowners needs. This is a great perk of building a semi custom home!

The primary bathroom has a double vanity and a tile shower.

The vanity is the same dark cabinetry as the kitchen island. There is also one long mirror the full length of the vanity.

The tile shower matches the backsplash in the kitchen. It is a gray subway tile laid in a vertical stacked pattern.
