The Exterior

Welcome to this beautiful new home! The siding exterior is in the color Sierra with Linen Trim.

The garage door is in the color Brown. This home has traditional lanterns framing the garage door.

The front door is tucked in a small covered porch. It is the perfect size the keep things dry! The front door is painted Sherwin Williams Chateau Brown. This home also has a traditional raised panel shutter in the color Musket Brown.

The Interior

This home has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a two car garage. The primary suite is private from the other bedrooms and the laundry room has a large closet.

Entering through the front door, there is a small foyer. Some buyers appreciate the front door being separated from the main living room. If you feel that way, this could be the plan for you!

The guest hall, including two bedrooms and a bathroom, is off of the foyer.

The guest bathroom features a tub/shower, tile floor, and a white vanity with a granite countertop.

The two guest bedrooms have carpeted floors.

Moving into the living room, the dark flooring grounds the space and brings in the traditional vibe of the outside.

The kitchen's bar seating is just off of the living room. This makes entertaining easy! I can picture the Thanksgiving buffet line already!

The living room is a very functional space. There are numerous ways that you could configure furniture in the space.

The back door is between the living room and dining rooms. This works as a convenient location that isn't in the way of any paths of travel.

The dining room and kitchen are bright and beautiful!

The kitchen has two stretches of cabinets with countertops.

The sink faces the living room and has lots of storage space!

The opposite wall has the range, microwave, and fridge. We provided all of the appliances in this kitchen.

The laundry room is just off of the kitchen. It has the garage access door, as well as a large closet. This closet is in a great location! It can be laundry and kitchen storage.

Moving across the living room is the primary bedroom.

This room also has great, functional walls that can hold your furniture!

The private primary bathroom and walk in closet have the same finishes as the rest of the home. We love including windows in bathrooms when we can! It brings so much light and opens up the space.
