The Exterior

Welcome to this beautiful new home! The siding exterior is in the color Sierra with Linen Trim.

The garage door is in the color Brown. This home has traditional lanterns framing the garage door.

The front door is tucked in a small covered porch. It is the perfect size the keep things dry! The front door is painted Sherwin Williams Chateau Brown. This home also has a traditional raised panel shutter in the color Musket Brown.

The Interior

This home has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a two car garage. The primary suite is private from the other bedrooms and the laundry room has a large closet.

Entering through the front door, there is a small foyer. Some buyers appreciate the front door being separated from the main living room. If you feel that way, this could be the plan for you!

The guest hall, including two bedrooms and a bathroom, is off of the foyer.

The guest bathroom features a tub/shower, tile floor, and a white vanity with a granite countertop.
