New Floor Plan Feels

The Exterior

This home was a semi custom build. The homeowners selected a brand new floor plan, as well as their lot in a brand new neighborhood, and all of the beautiful finishes.

This light colored brick is Weathered White with gray mortar. The garage door is brown to pull in the warm, cozy vibes.

The homeowners selected black windows and cedar porch posts and shutters. The front door is painted to match the garage door.

This floor plan has great outdoor space! They also have a fantasic, large lot.

The back patio is ready for summer!

The Interior

This home has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a two car garage. The guest bedrooms are split from the primary suite for privacy.

Entering the front door, you see the foyer area.

Stepping back , the garage entrance is right by the front door. This makes for one true entry point of the home.

In the two car garage there is also a man door leading to the side yard. This home has a tankless hot water heater, as many of the homes in South Haven do!

By the garage entry is a custom drop zone. This bench and coat rack is the perfect spot for shoes and bags.

Down the hall is the open concept living room.

The living room has a beautiful vaulted ceiling with gold fixtures. It is dreamy!

The homeowners added an arched opening leading into the living room with sconces on either side. This is where the perks of a semi custom home come into play! We love making your Pinterest board a reality.

The fireplace has a granite surround that matches the countertops that are throughout the home. The custom mantle has a traditional feel. We also added a plug above the mantle.

Step into their kitchen! The white cabinets have gold accents as well as an accent island.

The backsplash is a beautiful white glossy tile.

The homeowners selected all of their appliances.

The sink is also upgraded. The gold faucet will make you want to do the dishes!

We love the range hood the homeowners selected!

In the dining space there is another pretty gold chandelier.

Into the primary suite! The rich chocolate accent wall is in the color Sable. We also added blinds.

The barn door leads to the primary bathroom and closet.

This primary bathroom gives a true spa like feel!

The double vanity has storage and extra counter space. The soaking tub is ready for relaxation!

This tile shower matches the flooring in the backroom and has a glass door.

The closet space in this floor plan is great!

Back towards the front of the home is the laundry room.

This laundry room has counter space, a sink, and additional cabinets.

The guest bathroom's feature match the rest of the home, continuing the beautiful countertops.
