The Exterior

This home is nestled in a corner lot in McLellan Crossings. Wait until you see the back yard!

The black carriage style garage door fits two vehicles.

The brick is Columbus Ashton, which is a red brick with white splatter. We used gray mortar.

This home has a covered front porch. There are white porch posts and black shutters. What a classic look!

The covered back porch and patio have plenty of space for entertaining and relaxing.

And check out the back yard! This yard looks out to a private horse farm. How peaceful!

The Interior

This Crestwood Plan home has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a two car garage.

Entering the home, you see the open concept living space. This home has a fireplace. We can add a fireplace to any home!

The fireplace has a warm brown stone tile and a wooden mantle. In McLellan Crossings home owners must put in a propane tank in order to run a gas fireplace.

The kitchen is open to the living room and dining room.

The cabinets are a beautiful, rich brown stained wood. The countertops are white granite.

The island is the perfect spot to gather with loved ones!

The dining room is just off of the kitchen. It has a pretty light fixture and the door to the backyard.

In the hallway by the garage door is a custom built bench. This is a great way to have a designated drop zone.

The primary bedroom has a great view of the back yard!

The primary bathroom has a double bowl vanity, toilet, and shower.

The primary closet is off of the bathroom.

The laundry room is on the same side of the home as the primary bedroom. It has a storage closet.

This home has three guest bedrooms! They are on the opposite side of the home from the primary bedroom.
