We love a good front porch!

Out back there is a lovely patio.

The Interior

Who recognizes this plan?? It is one of our signature floor plans, and for good reason! There are three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a two car garage. The split floor plan allows for privacy. There are plenty of extra closets for storage!

The front door leads to a nice foyer space.

Down the hall is the open concept living room. The homeowners selected a modern fireplace in a moody mushroom color.

The fun chandelier is one of the many reasons to build a semi custom home! These details aren't something you would find in a typical spec.

The kitchen has wooden cabinetry with a box hood. There is also a pantry closet.

The island features beadboard details.

The dining space has a great view of the back yard.

In the laundry room, there is a storage closet and more cabinetry above the washer/dryer.

In the primary bedroom there is another fun chandelier. There is also a corner window, one of our favorite additions!

In the primary bathroom there are beautiful granite countertops and a tile shower.

There are two guest bedrooms.

The guest bathroom has finishes to match the rest of the home.

There is an added storage closet in the garage!
